1. Lucy takes the top spot at the box office with an impressive opening
2. For the first time in two months Maleficent is not in the top 10
3. Hercules on the other hand opened up to pretty disappointing numbers 
4. Dawn of the Planet of the Apes continues to decrease in money over the past three weeks going from $78 million to $36 million to now $16, million. The film has also so far failed to breakeven at the worldwide box office.
5. Overall the competition was tough and it shows by these disappointing numbers.
