1. Maleficent knocks off X-Men: Days of Future Past for the number 1 spot at the box office
2. Blended was almost beaten again by Neighbors 
3. A Million Ways to Die in the West opened up very poorly after making less than 66% of what Seth McFarlane's Ted made in it's opening weekend in 2012
4. X-Men: Days of future past had almost passed The Amazing Spider-Man's domestic total in less time 
5. Overall this was a sold weekend at the box office
