A fast-talking, jumpy security guard Ben Barber (played by Kevin Hart) joins his potential brother-in-law James Payton (played by Ice Cube), an APD cop/detective, on a 24-hour patrol of Atlanta in order to prove himself worthy of marrying Angela ( played by Tika Sumpter), James' sister.
This movie sucks. In a film that has Ice Cube and comedian Kevin Hart you expect to laugh a lot, and I laughed at like two jokes. Everything funny that was shown in the trailer is all of the funny parts in the film. Kevin Hart brings a lot of energy to a stupid dumb plot and everything that could have went wrong with this film did. If you really want to see this film then go see it but if you go to the movies and other choices are available the go to them except for Devil's Due, The Nut Job, Hercules and Paranormal Activity. I give Ride Along a 0.5 out of 10.
