1. Bad Grandpa pulls off somewhat of a shocker by unseeding Gravity as the number 1 film at the Box Office.
2. The Counselor brought in a pretty small amount with $8 million while being in over 3,000 theaters. But its also not like it was expected to have a $20 million opening.
3. Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs has been a Box Office disappointment for being out for 5 weeks compared to its predecessor. Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs made $243 million worldwide on a $100 million budget while the sequel has a smaller budget of $78 million and only making $149 million, meaning that the movie is barely profitable.
4. Prisoners is still doing fairly well at the Box Office after being in theaters for 6 weeks and only being in 1,347 theaters
5. Gravity continues is tear through the box office by bringing over $20 million for 4 weeks of its release.

So ladies and gentlemen what surprised you about the Box Office this week? Let me know in the comments and let your vice be heard.
