Hello ladies and gentlemen, here is some movie news with some of my thoughts and opinions (which will be in BOLD print). So without further ado...
(NOTE: All of these stories come from comingsoon.net)
Director Zack Snyder took to Twitter today to tease the unveiling of the new Batmobile for the Batman vs. Superman movie! You can check out the photo below and stay tuned for possibly more tomorrow, as Snyder said: "Could be time to pull the tarp...Tomorrow?"
Opening in theaters on May 6, 2016, the anticipated film stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter, Callan Mulvey, Tao Okamoto and Ray Fisher.
Zack Snyder you sly dog. From what I can see and Tell is that this Batmobile will be awesome. It has the feel of a combination of the previous incarnations of the Cape Crusaders main vehicle. Hopefully tomorrow we can actually see the entire vehicle.
Simon Kinberg is the writer and producer behind Fox's reboot of Marvel's The Fantastic Four, which just started filming with Josh Trank (Chronicle) behind the camera and Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Jamie Bell and Michael B. Jordan playing the superhero group family.
Mike Ryan from ScreenCrush was one of many who spoke to Kinberg specifically about the Fantastic Four and while he wouldn't outright confirm that it will be an origin story, he did discuss the challenges of rebooting the characters, a similar problem faced by the makers of The Amazing Spider-Man, as well as whether the movie takes place in the same universe as the X-Men movies.
Kinberg admits that the latter question is complicated, because nothing has been established in any of the previous "Fantastic Four" movies that mutants exist and vice versa. "None of the X-Men movies have acknowledged the notion of a sort of superhero team--the Fantastic Four--and the Fantastic Four acquire powers, so for them to live in a world where mutants are prevalent is kind of complicated, because you’re like, 'Oh, you’re just a mutant. What’s so fantastic about you?' No, they live in discrete universes."
Yeah that's what I would say if I were trying to keep something secret. Look he may be telling the truth but I don't believe that he is. Yes X-Men hasn't mentioned them yet, but it's because the Fantastic Four film hasn't proven itself. Once the film does (and I think it will) then when X-Men: Age of Apocalypse happens in 2016 then the FF will be mentioned which will lead to a combined universe after the 2nd Fantastic Four film that would probably be out in 2017 or 2018.
Academy Award and Golden Globe winner Octavia Spencer has joined the cast of Insurgent, the second installment of the "Divergent" action adventure franchise, based on author Veronica Roth’s New York Times best seller. Spencer will play Johanna, the leader of the Amity faction, opposite Shailene Woodley, Theo James and Academy Award winner Kate Winslet.
The film will be directed by Robert Schwentke from a screenplay by Brian Duffield and Akiva Goldsman. Lionsgate will release Insurgent on its Summit Entertainment label on March 20, 2015. The third and fourth films in the series, Allegiant - Part 1 and Allegiant - Part 2, are slated for release on March 18, 2016 and March 24, 2017, respectively.
Insurgent raises the stakes for Tris as she searches for allies and answers in the dystopian ruins of a futuristic Chicago. Tris (Woodley) and Four (James) are now fugitives on the run, hunted by Jeanine (Winslet), the leader of the power-hungry Erudite elite. Racing against time, they must find out what Tris's family sacrificed their lives to protect, and why the Erudite leaders will do anything to stop them. Haunted by her past choices but desperate to protect the ones she loves, Tris, with Four at her side, faces one impossible challenge after another as they unlock the truth about the past and ultimately the future of their world.
This is really great casting. Look as I always say it's never wrong to hire talent and Octavia Spencer is an Academy Award winning actress. I compare this casting to The Hunger Games franchise getting the late Phillip Seymour Hoffman and I think that with Octavia Spencer's presence will help this film out a lot.
Paramount Pictures has revealed (via Empire) three new images from Michael Bay's Transformers: Age of Extinction which you can view in the gallery below. Opening in theaters and IMAX on June 27, the action adventure also stars Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing, T.J. Miller, Han Geng, Titus Welliver, Peter Cullen, Frank Welker, John Goodman, Ken Watanabe, John DiMaggio, Mark Ryan, Robert Foxworth and Reno Wilson.

These photos look pretty cool. I'm really looking forward to this film (for whatever reason I don't know why). Both Optimus Prime and Bumblebee look badass and I can't to see them in action when the film comes out next month.
Legendary Entertainment are moving ahead with their adaptation of Marcus Sakey's Brilliance starring Will Smith, and it's being reported that the superstar actor may be joined by The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo herself, Noomi Rapace. Directed by Nigerian-born filmmaker Julius Onah from a script by David Koepp, the story takes place in a world where a small group of people known as "brilliants" are born with powers that causes unrest among the humans and is eventually instigated into a full-on civil war. Smith will play a federal agent with powers assigned to hunt down a powered terrorist while Rapace is in talks to play a tattooed and pierced "brilliant" also accused of being a terrorist by the government.
This is really good casting. Noomi Rapace is a brilliant actress and I think that this film will show it. Also on a side note I hope this film is good for the sake of Will Smith who is coming off of the pathetic film entitled After Earth and if this film is bad or terrible then his career will probably fade away.
So there you have it ladies and gentlemen, which of these stories peaked your interest or was there another story that interested you? Let me know in the comments section below and let your voice be heard.
