My Review of The Good Dinosaur

So I recently watched The Good Dinosaur and I'm here to bring you my review. So without further ado...

An epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo (voiced by Raymond Ochoa) makes an unlikely human friend named Spot (voiced by Jack Bright).

This was actually a pretty disappointing film to watch. This is a film that I personally thought could be better than Inside Out and that had to mean that the film was great and it just wasn't. The concept is an interesting one that the likes of Pixar would take on, but it just wasn't executed well. The plot is pretty predictable and one that's been done over and over again. The film does have a lot of emotional moments and those are the parts that are the most impactful throughout the entire film. The characters are fairly interesting, but just like the plot, it just isn't enough to make the film great. The film also felt a little boring and that's probably because the film is predictable. The animation is so beautiful and it may be the best that has ever been in a Pixar film and that's saying a lot considering all of the films that the studio has released. This was director Peter Sohn's first major film and with he'll get better, it just wasn't the right film for him at this current moment. if you were to rank the film out of the other Pixar films this wouldn't be in the group of perfect Pixar films, but it's not one of the worst Overall the film is relatively disappointing and i's predictable, but the animation and the voice talent are enough for the film to at least be seen in the theaters. I give The Good Dinosaur a 6 out of 10.

So ladies and gentlemen what did you think of The Good Dinosaur, what would you rate it and what did you think of my review? Let me know in the comments section below and let your voice be heard.
