My Review of Steve Jobs

So I recently watched Steve Jobs and I'm here to bring you my review. So without further ado......

Set backstage at three iconic product launches and ending in 1998 with the unveiling of the iMac, Steve Jobs takes us behind the scenes of the digital revolution to paint an intimate portrait of the brilliant man (played by Michael Fassbender) at its epicenter.

This is an absolutely brilliant film. In the pre-production of this film, it went through a lot turmoil from changing studios, to changing directors from David Fincher to Danny Boyle, changing lead actors from Leonardo DiCaprio to Christian Bale to Michael Fassbender. While I rather would've seen Bale or DiCaprio with Boyle or Fincher, I'm glad they landed on this combination of Boyle and Fassbender. Michael Fassbender gives an amazing performance and it easily the best one of his career and he will be one of the front runners for the Best Actor Oscar early next year. Also Danny Boyle does a great job of bringing the script from Aaron Sorkin to life and he is a contender for the Best Director Oscar. As mentioned before Aaron Sorkin wrote the script and he does a masterful job of giving us some depth to Steve Jobs and a very interesting look at the behind scenes life of one of the greatest inventors of our time. The real standout that almost outshines Fassbender's performance is the one given by Jeff Daniels who just steals every scene he is in and as of now he is my choice for Best Supporting Actor. The one big glaring thing about the film is the fact that you don't see much of Steve Job's personal life and it would've been nice to get a little bit more in-depth with Steve Jobs himself. Overall this is a great look at into the life of Steve Jobs, it has spectacular performances and it's one of the best films of the year, it just needed a more in-depth look into Job's personal life. I give Steve Jobs a 9 out of 10.

So ladies and gentlemen what did you think of Steve Jobs, what would you rate it and what did you think of my review? Let me know in the comments section below and let your voice be heard.
