1. The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water dethroned American Sniper for the number 1 spot at the box office.
2. Despite not staying at number 1 American Sniper still made an impressive $24 million in its 7th week of release.
3. The Imitation Game continues to stay in the top 10 of the box office for the 7th consecutive week.
4. The biggest loser of the week was Project Almanac as it made 35,9 % less than it did last week and once again there were no big winners this weekend.
5. Overall this was a really solid weekend at the box office.
