My Review of Nine Lives

So I recently watched Nine Lives and I'm here to bring you my review. So without further ado.....

Tom Brand (played by Kevin Spacey) is a billionaire whose workaholic lifestyle takes him away from his loving wife Lara (played by Jennifer Garner) and adorable daughter Rebecca (played by Malina Weissman). Needing a present for Rebecca's 11th birthday, Brand buys a seemingly harmless cat from a mysterious pet store. Suddenly, a bizarre turn of events traps poor Tom inside the animal's body. The owner of the business (played by Christopher Walken) tells him that he has one week to reconnect with his family, or live out the rest of his days as a cute and furry feline named Mr. Fuzzypants.

This might be the worst pile of garbage ever to be put on the big screen. What do you get when you mix Click and The Sheep Dog together? You get this piece of junk film that is a complete disgrace to filmmaker. It makes it even worse when you see one of the greatest actors of all-time Kevin Spacey actually trying to act like the film is good, but it's just too painful to watch. Another thing that's painful to watch is Christopher Walken in the film even if it is a small role, he plays the exact same character he did in Click and he's just as annoying and pointless to the plot as he is in Click. It's hard to take a film seriously when the filmmakers and actors themselves don't take the film seriously and it's just a big waste of time. It's directed by Barry Sonnefield who has been on a bit of a down slide lately and this just adds to his misery. The film lasts an abysmal 87 minutes which honestly feels like a lifetime mainly because the film is so terrible. There are a couple of good humorous moments but they feel out of place and not justified to be in the film at all. Overall this is a film where no one cared about the film at all and just made to make a film and everyone got a nice paycheck out of it. I give Nine Lives a 0 out of 10.

So ladies and gentlemen what did you think of Nine Lives, what would you rate it and what did you think of my review? Let me know in the comments section below and let your voice be heard.
