My Review of The Disappointments Room

So I recently watched The Disappointments Room and I'm here to bring you my review. So without further ado...

The Disappointments Room.jpg

Dana (played by Kate Beckinsale), her husband David (played by Mel Raido) and their 5-year-old son Lucas (played by Duncan Joiner) start a new life after moving from the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn, N.Y., to a stately old manor in the quiet countryside. After settling in, Dana starts to experience terrifying visions and dreams that she cannot explain. The mystery grows when she stumbles upon a secret room in the attic. After finding the key and unlocking the door, Dana discovers the dark history of the family that lived there in the 19th century.

This film is just an absolute pile of garbage. When you have a title like this film does you kinda don't have much to hope for other than you can probably guess the film is going to be a major disappointment and it's actually more than that. This film is possibly the worst film of the decade by far simply becasue it's the same film we've seen time and time again with cheap scares and dumb premise about a house with a haunted past and someone in the family gets possessed. That explains 98% of the horror films made today and this isn't any better. The film is boring and very enjoyable as a comedy when you realize how dumb the film actually is. D.J. Caruso  has done some decent films in the past, but honestly this is just load of crap film from the very beginning. Overall there is nothing positive to take away from the film at all and it's just a complete and utter mess. I give The Disappointments Room and 0 out of 10.

So ladies and gentlemen what did you think of The Disappointments Room, what would you rate it and what did you think of my review? Let me know in the comments section below and let your voice be heard.
