1. Unsurprisingly Wonder Woman took over the number 1 spot, but it did make a shock by making over $100 million for its opening weekend which exceeded a lot of expectations and it becomes the highest grossing film ever directed by a woman.
2. For the first time in 3 months, the top 10 is without Beauty and the Beast
3. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues to hang in the top 10 with a lot of newer films being released as it now inches closer to making $1 billion as it needs $183 million to cross that barrier
4. The biggest loser of the weekend was Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul as it made 71.2% less than it did last weekend.
5. I went 1 for 5 on my predictions.

Predictions
1. Wonder Woman $47 Million
2. The Mummy $35 Million
3. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales $16 Million
4. Captain Underpants; The First Epic Movie $13 Million
5. It Comes At Night $8 Million

So ladies and gentlemen what do you think of this weekend's box office totals and what are some of your takeaways? Let me know in the comments section below and let your voice be heard.
