1. Logan unsurprisingly took over the number one spot at the box office, but it's reign may not last long with March being a stacked month.
2. Since getting a wide release, Hidden Figures has been in the top 10 for the past 9 weeks and it could stay there for a couple of more to add to its total.
3. Speaking of long streaks, La La Land has been in the top for an impressive 12 weeks in row, but could drop out next week.
4. The biggest loser of the weekend was The Great Wall as it made 60.3% less than it did last weekend.
5. I went 3 for 5 on my predictions.
Predictions
1. Kong; Skull Island $ 67 Million
2. Logan $42 Million
3. Get Out $13 Million
4. The Shack $7 Million
5. The Lego Batman Movie $5 Million
So ladies and gentlemen what do you think of this weekend's box office totals and what are some of your takeaways? Let me know in the comments section below and let your voice be heard.
