1. Unsurprisingly Kong: Skull Island took over the number one spot at the box office, but it won't hold onto it for long as Beauty and the Beast is being released this weekend.
2. Once again La La Land was able to remain in the top 10 and it may very well stay there for at least one more weekend.
3. Logan once again had a solid weekend at the box office and it is well on track to make close, if not over $1 billion worldwide as it sits at a little over $437 Million
4. The biggest loser of the weekend was Logan as it made 56.9% less than it did last weekend and there was no biggest winner of the weekend.
5. I went 5 for 5 on my predictions.
Predictions
1. Beauty and the Beast $143 Million
2. Kong; Skull Island $35 Million
3. Logan $22 Million
4. Get Out $13 Million
5. The Belko Experiment $9 Million
So ladies and gentlemen what do you think of this weekend's box office totals and what are some of your takeaways? Let me know in the comments section below and let your voice be heard.
