1. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles surprisingly held on to the top spot again this week.
2. The Expendables 3 had a disappointing opening as it opened $13 million shy of The Expendables 2 opening weekend mark in 2012 and $19 million short of The Expendables opening weekend mark in 2010.
3. Guardians of the Galaxy continues to do well at the box office after crossing the $200 million mark domestically in just 3 weeks.
4. Lucy and Hercules continue to stay in the top 10 after being in theaters for a month.
5. Overall this was a balanced yet disappointing weekend at the box office.
So ladies and gentlemen what do you think of this weekend's box office totals and what are some of your takeaways? Let me know in the comments section below and let your voice be heard.
